The National Guild Of Removers & Storers ensure that all members continue to meet the high standards that are set by the guild. They employ the removal industry's only independent inspectorate to annually vet the guilds members. Their inspection routines are accepted by the removal industry ombudsman and the inspections are carried out by the National Register of Approved Removers and Storers.
The Independent inspectorate issue a report, a copy of which is included in the customers removal pack. This means that you can tell at a glance what this remover has to offer.
During or directly after your move we will give you a pre-paid quality questionnaire card. Please complete it and return it to the Guild so they can monitor our performance.
